About the Wine

TASTING NOTES

The Prisoner Chardonnay
From the most recognized Napa Valley red blend comes a distinct, new wine. Made in the same iconic style as The Prisoner Red Blend, we proudly introduce The Prisoner Chardonnay. Redefining taste once again.

The Friction Viognier
Aromas are Meyer lemon, mandarin orange zest, and jasmine flowers. On the palate, a dense core flanked by soft textural minerality holds up strong citrus notes with hints of limoncello and lychee.

Unshackled Sauvignon Blanc
Displays notes of melon, peach, fresh citrus, lime and tropical fruit. The addition of Chenin Blanc and Roussanne adds brightness and texture to the mouthfeel.

The heritage

Redefining the art of the blend

Inspired by the original red blend first made by Italian immigrants who settled in Napa Valley, this expressive wine carries that spirit forward through an unexpected mix of varietals and a distinctly modern point of view.
