MEMBERSHIP FAQ
We send wine club shipments in February, May, October and December, with an additional shipment for The Fringe in January.
You will receive an email notification about 10 days prior to the billing of your shipment. Billing, shipping and customization updates must be made prior to billing. If you join online, we will contact you to schedule the most recent shipment, so you can start enjoying your benefits as a new member!
Your benefits will be activated after your first shipment is processed. You must take a minimum of three shipments per year to maintain an active status. You will have access to complimentary tastings (4 times per year), exclusive discounts, and advanced ticket sales on events.
Membership may be cancelled after fulfilling a two-shipment minimum. You may skip up to one club shipment per year. Benefits are not active during skipped shipment periods.

Can I update or change my orders/shipments?
You can make changes or updates to your order prior to billing. No changes to your order or address can be made once the order has been processed or shipped. Once an order has been processed/shipped, we have the ability to hold, redirect (within state lines), or cancel an order, however shipping and/or restocking fees will apply.
Yes, all shipments must be signed for by someone 21 years of age or older. If no one is present at the time of delivery, there will be 2 more attempts made prior to being returned to our warehouse. If the wine is returned to the winery, we can reship the order. Re-shipping fees will be charged. We suggest shipping to a business address, if possible, to avoid any missed shipments or delays.

Login and go to My Account. Your Membership will be listed below the Welcome message. Address and billing information can be updated using the Manage Membership link. Club Release details are below the Club Tier information and are only visible during the two weeks of customization. Use the CustomizeYour Shipment button to add or edit your wine selections for the current release.
YES! In the Club tab you will see all of the available membership options. When you click to JOIN one of them, you will see on the actual membership joining page a box that is for GIFT MEMBERSHIP. This will enable you to give the membership as a gift.
