Unrestricted by tradition, The Prisoner Wine Co. explores the complexity of your palate with a selection of dim sum inspired culinary bites. Each wine + culinary pairing is intentionally developed to challenge convention, elevate our wines, and leave a lasting and memorable impression.

Cost: $213 per person

Come taste our exciting New Winery Exclusive Wines paired Napa Style, a cheese plate of course. Next, your host will guide you over to The SALDO Salon to nerd out on some of our really cool varietals paired with some amazing local chocolates.

This all inclusive experience lets you taste a larger portion of the wines available here in our tasting room for approximately 2hr.
