The 2025 opens with lifted aromas of watermelon rind, rhubarb, and grapefruit zest, interwoven with notes of bergamot, citrus blossom, and a distinctive minerality reminiscent of wet stone. On the palate, it is lively and fresh yet grounded by a rich, textured mouthfeel, with refreshing acidity carrying the wine through a lingering, crisp finish. Layers of melon and citrus unfold alongside a persistent mineral edge, leaving a clean, invigorating impression.
