Can I compare this Rose to the Peju Winery's Rose? I'm not a fan of astringent wines. There has to be some fruitiness to it.: Good morning, Thank you for your interest in our Syndrome Rose. I am not familiar with the product produced at Peju for comparison; I am sorry about that. Our rose is not "astringent". There is a subtle acidity at the end but it is very subtle.
