- Hi Jamie, That depends on your Room Temperature. The Red Blend is served best when it has a slight chill...around 62 to 65 degrees. If the room you will be serving the wine is 75 degrees, you would be better served to place the bottle in your Fridge for about 10 to 15 minutes to get it below your Room's Temperature.
