Winemaker notes:
The 2025 vintage saw an early harvest of Pinot Noir, timed precisely as the clusters began to reveal vibrant, fruit-forward character while retaining the bright acidity characteristic of an early pick.
Grapes were processed whole cluster, sent directly to press—an approach that allowed meticulous control of extraction and color, resulting in a still white wine with only the faintest hue.
The 2025 vintage is 100% Pinot Noir as the White Pinot Noir remained extremently expressive post fermentation and into the bottle.

Food Pairing:
Pair this bottle of wine with chilled oysters, whole roasted white fish, crab or lobster, cream-based soups and sauces, sauteed mushrooms or a crudite platter.
