About the Wine

TASTING NOTES

After fermentation, the barrel portion was bâtonnaged three times before finally racking and creating the full final blend. The mix of oak and stainless fermentation leads to the fusion of freshness and body that this wine delivers.

SENSORY PROFILE

The Sauvignon Blanc grapes were harvested during the cool early dawn hours in late August 2022.

WINEMAKER NOTES

Mostly Sauvignon Blanc with a touch of Sémillon
