For our 2024 Syndrome Rosé, we skillfully used both the saignée and direct-to-press methods. The wine opens with vibrant aromas of watermelon rind, strawberry coulis, and grapefruit zest, complemented by playful notes of white gummy candy and tropical hints of banana and guava. On the palate, it is lively and fresh with a rich, rounded mouthfeel balanced by refreshing acidity. The finish lingers with crisp precision, carrying flavors of juicy melon and tropical fruit, leaving a clean, refreshing impression.
2025 Syndrome Rosé Napa Valley
The 2025 vintage stands as a classic expression of Napa Valley, shaped by average winter rainfall, a mild spring, and a steady growing season marked by moderate temperatures and only brief heat spells. This even pacing allowed for slow, balanced ripening, preserving both delicate aromatics and vibrant natural acidity. The wine opens with lifted aromas of watermelon rind, rhubarb, and grapefruit zest, interwoven with notes of bergamot and citrus blossom. On the palate, it is lively and fresh yet grounded by a rich and textured mouthfeel. Layers of melon and citrus unfold alongside a persistent mineral edge, leaving a clean, invigorating impression.
