For our 2024 Syndrome Rosé, we skillfully used both the sajgnée and direct-to-press methods. Grenache, with its natural higher acidity, was quickly sent to the press to separate the juice from the skins and seeds efficiently. Syrah & Sangiovese are lower in acidity and therefore, we use the saignée method to add texture and weight without the acidic bite while keeping the crisp qualities we love. We briefly keep the juice sur lees, stirring gently while very cold to extract aromatic precursors that enhance the fruit-forward aromatic profile. Each component of the blend is vinified separately, and then, with meticulous care, we craft the final blend. The result is a rosé that delivers vibrant fruit, balanced acidity, and a full-flavored profile, all while remaining refreshingly light on its feet.​

On the nose, expect watermelon rind, strawberry coolis, and grapefruit zest. In the glass, you'll taste tropical fruits such as banana and guava leading to a crisp and refreshing finish. Think summer in a glass – Cheers!​
