Sharing memories, delicious food, and superb wines with family is where I found my calling to the hospitality industry. I achieved my first sommelier certificate before the age of 21 and the rest was history. Working the floors of numerous fine dining establishments in Chicago, curating tasting menus and collaborating with numerous Michelin star chefs were just the first of my endeavors. Since then, I have achieved my Certified Sommelier certificate through the Court of Master Sommeliers, another example of my passion within the world of wine.
