SALDO Zinfandel
Best Seller: Dark ruby color with bold aromas of ripe red and black cherry, blackberry, lifted black pepper, and baking spice. The entry is immediately rich and full, with vibrant fruit and spice and a hint of chocolate. The finish is voluptuous with soft, round tannins.

SALDO Carbonic Zinfandel
Our winemakers went wild creating this bright red that bursts with flavors of red fruit. In carbonic maceration, the grapes are the star: whole clusters of fruit are placed in a closed vessel which is then filled with carbon dioxide and left to sit for 10 days. The result? A soft, light wine with low tannins and fruity, stemmy aromas.

SALDO White Zinfandel
Meet your new favorite rosé. Far from your parents' “blush,” our White Zin is lean and acid driven. Our winemakers source organic grapes from the North Coast AVA and ferment them until all the residual sugar is gone, leaving a bright, aromatic wine with profound depth.
